Office Headset

How can I set it up so that I am able to take calls from an Office Phone on a headset attached to my computer?

I have to use the headset that is attached to my computer because, when I am not working on the phone I will be using voice recognition software. Basically I am looking for any way to use the headset that is attached to my computer to take Phone Calls as well. (While still being attached to the computer)

well you would need to have VoIP service and not traditional Land Line service…

your VoIP provider should tell you what softphone would work with their system and provide you with the settings… but x-lite is one of the more popular VoIP softphones that is out there, so it would likely be compatible with your service provider
