I know as we have all heard the bad news about plasma HDTV as they suck up a lot of electricity and emit a lot of heat.  Well, the later is true.  They do run hot and can heat up a small room, but if where you live is always cold then a plasma TV is very cost effective as you can save on the heating bill.  OK, that is meant to be a joke.

Truth is that plasma TV’s can make today’s 3D technology look very real at the same time keeping the rich colors and darkness that has kept them on the shelf.  LED TV’s can look washed out at times and lose it realness of picture.  Plasma make real people look more life-like and really makes any blu-ray DVD pop like a volcano.

One of the hottest selling plasma’s right now is the Panasonic model TC-P50GT25.  Features are 1080p 3D and 50 inch screen. The price?  Well, lets just say it is way less expensive than it’s rival LED version with the same features.  These TV’s weigh less too, you would think they are heavier but not the case, that is just FYI and for the sake of thoroughness.
