I have a International prepaid Calling Card (Valid USA to other countries) help me Donate!?

I have just come back from the states and I have an unused $10 prepaid calling card. I want to get rid of it and preferably not in the bin. I would like to donate it to someone in the USA, so they can utilise it. Anyone Know how I can do this? And to reiterate it is only valid from the USA to other Countries.
